This towering golem, forged from molten gold and powered by ancient alchemy, isn’t just a dazzling spectacle, it’s a relentless sentinel. With flawless precision and a heart as cold as the treasure it protects, the Golden Guardian stands watch over Midas’s legendary hoard.
Greedy adventurers, beware: not all that glitters wants to stay buried. This boss was built to crush intruders and keep the vault sealed forever. But you need gold and I’m here to help you get it. In this guide, I’ll reveal everything you need to defeat the Golden Guardian and claim the riches it guards.

Guardian Skills
Basic - Midas Touch
Attack all enemies.
Place [ATK Down III] on Slayer and Brawlers, Place [DEF Down III] on Defenders and Invokers. Place [ACC Down III] on Disruptors for 1 Turn. reduce the Turn Meter of the enemy with the highest Turn Meter equal to the current Divinity of the Guardian. If the target Turn Meter is fully depleted, then place [INIT Down III] on all enemies for 2 Turns.
Increase the Guardian Divinity by 20 for each enemy inflicted with [INIT Down III]
Core - Shower of Gold
Attack all enemies. Will place [STUN] for 1 Turn on Defender, Brawler and Invoker Heroes. Will place [SPD Down III] for 2 Turn on Slayer and Disruptor Heroes.
For every enemy inflicted with [STUN], increase the Divinity of the Guardian by 20. For every enemy inflicted with [SPD Down III], increase the Divinity of the Guardian by 10.
Cooldown: 3 turns
Ultimate - Wrath of King Midas
Attack all enemies 3 times. If the Guardian HP is above 1%, instantly defeat all enemies Ignoring [Ward], [Immortal], [Barrier], [Shield], [Radiance] and [Intercept].
If there is at least 1 enemy remaining, the Guardian will be destroyed.
Passive - Ancient Guardian
Each time the Guardian receives damage, increase the Divinity Meter by 10. Occurs once per ability.
At 30% Divinity, attacks will ignore 30% of the target's defense.
At 60% Divinity, increase the damage inflicted by 50%.
Passive - Hoard of Midas
At the start of the round, activate Bounty. Each Damaging Hit increases Bounty by 1. When damaged by enemies under [Vanish] the increase is doubled. Enemies under [SPD Down] or [INIT Down] will not increase Bounty.
Reduces Bounty by 2 for each 1% Turn Meter reduced from this boss.
Passive - Undefeated
Reduce incoming damage by 100% when HP falls below 1%. When this boss receive a [Disable], will remove the [Disable] and increase the Guardian Divinity by 30.
Passive - Mythic Persistance
When Turn Meter is reduced, gain Immunity to Turn Meter Decrease effects until their next turn. When Divinity is reduced, gain Immunity to Divinity Decrease effects until their next turn.
Passive - Mythic Resilience
Reduces incoming damage from [Acid], [Blaze], [Bleed] by 75%.
Passive - Mythic Divinity
After each Ultimate is cast, the Damage Inflicted Increases by 10% Immunity to Increase and Decrease Divinity Cost abilities and [Lock] Debuffs.

Guardian Strategy
Key elements

Enemy Max HP skills
✅ Strategy #1: Divinity Control
Goal: Slow Divinity accumulation and tank through until DPS executes the kill.
Beowulf (DPS) - Max HP Core/Ultimate.
Hound of Duat (Support/Shield) - Basic: chance to steal Divinity on hit.
Anubis (Control) - Core: applies INIT Down to slow Guardian’s meter.
Jackal (Speed control) - Basic: hits 3 times, SPD Down & possible Divinity steal.
Protect/Support (e.g. Shishi or standard healer) - Shields, Barrier, healing to survive.
Why: INIT Down and SPD down control the Boss until the DPS finish him.
✅ Strategy #2: Ally Attack + Ame-No-Nuhoko
Goal: Slow Divinity accumulation using Divinity stealing weapon and Ally attack. Place Ame-No-Nuhoko on as many Heroes as possible or at least on mutli-hitters.
Shamash (Ally Attack) - Core: Ally attack.
Aphrodite (Support/Ally Attack) - Basic: Ally Attack once [SPD UPII] and [INIT UPII].
Jackal (Speed control) - Basic: hits 3 times, SPD Down & Divinity steal with weapon.
DPS - Enemy Max HP or Strong hitter
Protect/Support (e.g. Shishi or standard healer) - Shields, Barrier, healing to survive.
Why: Each hit with Ame-No-Nuhoko reduce the boss Divinity. The more hit, the more you can control and lower his Divinity.
