Attunement
Like for Weapons, Gear can be attuned to a Hero. Once Attuned, the Gear will give additional stats.

Faith or Accuracy
Moonweave
Speed or Resistance
Warplate
Resistance or DEF%
Dragonhide
ATK% or C. DMG
Chainmail
Accuracy or HP%
Gear Quality
Each Piece of Gear can have several quality. Both the rarity and level. The quality is the equivalent of star level in other games, while rarity determines the amount of substats.

II Crude
III Superior
IV Flawless
V Masterwork

Common No Substats
Uncommon 1 substats
Rare 2 substats
Epic 3 substats
Legendary 4 substats
Gear Stat Increase
Each Main stat will increase depending on it's quatily.

Gear Main Stats
Each Piece of Gear can have several Main stat.
Helmet RES/ACC/C.Rate%/FTH/ATK/HP/DEF
Chest RES/HP%/DEF%/ATK/HP/DEF
Pauldrons C.DMG/HP%/DEF%/ATK%/ATK/HP/DEF
Gauntlets C.DMG/C.Rate/ACC/ATK/HP/DEF
Legs SPEED/HP%/DEF%/ATK%/ATK/HP/DEF
Boots SPEED/FTH/ATK%/ATK/HP/DEF
All Pieces gives Flat ATK/HP/DEF. Gauntlets and Helmet gives C. Rate, both Pauldrons and gauntlets gives C. DMG, Both legs and boots gives Speed but only Boots and Helmet gives FTH. Helmet and Gauntlets give you ACC while Helmet and Chest gives you resistance.
